On a Chromebook, you can find the app in Launcher (button at the bottom left of the screen). To open the app from Chrome, go to chrome://apps and click Hangouts Chat. If you haven’t use any Android smartphone or tablet before, then simply follow our instructions on how to download and install Hangouts on your gadget.
